HETV PRODUCTION: TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION COORDINATOR

A HETV show is looking for a Travel and Accommodation Coordinator to join their team in Belfast and take charge of managing travel arrangements and accommodation with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate domestic and international travel plans for cast and crew.
• Manage accommodation bookings and ensure all arrangements meet company standards.
• Issue Travel Movement Orders (TMOs) accurately and on time.
• Use digital Purchase Order systems to track expenses.
• Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, and internal departments to ensure seamless arrangements.
• Handle last-minute changes with professionalism and clear communication.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous experience as Travel & Accommodation Coordinator or as APOC in a HETV production.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal – essential for liaising with various stakeholders.
• Experience working with digital Purchase Order systems.
• Proficiency in issuing Travel Movement Orders (TMOs).
Desirable Criteria:
• Clean driving license (preferred)

50 x 11 min Animated Series: Multiple Roles
ALT Animation, the award-winning Northern Irish studio, is about to embark upon the production of ‘Captain Onion’s Buoyant Academy for Wayward Youth’
The 50 x 11 min animated series, co-developed with BBC Children’s & Education, will be setting sail soon and ALT Animation are looking to crew up in a number of departments.

TV Series: Production Coordinator
Stellify Media is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join the team on an exciting new series.
We are looking for a highly organised individual with a minimum of two years’ experience in the role. The successful candidate will be confident managing high volumes of travel and accommodation bookings, preparing call sheets, liaising with suppliers, and handling financial reconciliations. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with on-screen talent, and experience with Albert sustainability reporting are essential.
