Costume Department Trainee development scheme

Northern Ireland Screen is running a skills development scheme called Production, Craft and Technical Skills 2020. The scheme will provide training opportunities in varied roles in the film and television industry between January 2021 – March 2022.
Production, Craft and Technical Skills 2020 is a paid placement scheme (NMW/NLW) and the participants will gain experience on Northern Ireland Screen funded film and television projects.
We are currently looking for a Costume Department Trainee. This person will learn how a film/tv drama runs on a day to day basis. They will get the opportunity to learn continuity programs and understand the importance of continuity. They will gain an understanding of how the costume department works within the many departments and how best to interact with the other departments.
