Silverpoint begins Sunday at 5.05pm on CBBC

Silverpoint, a new sci-fi drama series, follows four kids at Silverpoint Adventure Camp who stumble upon something strange buried in the words, which sends their lives and the world around them spiralling out of control. The 13-part series was filmed on location in Northern Ireland with funding from Northern Ireland Screen. Silverpoint begins on Sunday 6th March at 5:05pm on CBBC.

Starring Aoife Hughes, Katy Byrne, Krish Misra, Maiya Silveston, Oliver Cunliffe and Jordan Adene, Silverpoint is about four kids vanishing in Silverpoint woods in 1997. Twenty-three years later, one boy aims to find out what happened.

Outsiders Louis (Oliver Cunliffe), Glen (Krish Misra), Kaz (Maiya Silveston) and Meg (Katy Byrne) are group Dragonfly. When Kaz runs away from camp in the middle of the night, the rest of her group go after her, only to stumble upon a strange anomaly in the woods.

The following day, while Meg’s fears come to the surface during a climbing activity, Louis takes the others back to the clearing to discover more about the strange power source buried there.

As they bond over something their discovery, they make an oath not to tell anyone about because it’s beyond cool and become no one would believe them anyway.

Produced by Zodiak Kids, with co-producers ZDF Enterprises, the series is created by Lee Walters, Lead Writer, and the Executive Producer is Steven Andrew. Commissioning Editor for the BBC is Amy Buscombe.
