2017 Cinemagic Festival education programme launch and Teacher’s Advisory Panel

Teachers are invited to an open information session on film programmes for education on Tuesday 12th September, 3:45pm-5:45pm, at the Queen’s Film Theatre in Belfast.

Staff from Cinemagic, QFT Learning, Nerve Belfast Northern Ireland Screen Education, Into Film, CCEA and Film Studies & Broadcast Production at Queen’s will be on hand to talk about upcoming education programmes for the school year.

This information event with filmmaking taster sessions is aimed at primary, post primary and third level teachers and educators, from all areas of study, particularly Moving Image Arts, Media Studies and Languages.

Teachers can meet film education practitioners, and receive information on Cinemagic’s education programmes, as well as QFT Learning and Into Film’s events  specifically designed for schools. This open information event includes a free film screening and refreshments.

A full schedule of the session will be provided at the end of August.
