Please note that Northern Ireland Screen is not responsible for casting on any production which receives funding from Northern Ireland Screen.  The main function of Northern Ireland Screen is administrating and facilitating funding for film, television and digital content production in Northern Ireland rather than actual production itself. The following notice is hosted on behalf of Extras NI, the company responsible for the hiring of extras on GAME OF THRONES.   Please read and follow the instructions carefully.  Please do not contact Northern Ireland Screen in this regard.

If you want to be an extra in Game of Thrones, the ONLY way to be considered for extras work on the show is to create your own profile on the Extras NI website – it’s FREE to sign up and it only takes 10 minutes. There will be NO open casting this year and Extras NI can no longer use their old files.

So that they can uphold all the legalities of being an extras agency, extras casting this year will be carried out entirely through the Extras NI website. If you would like to be considered for work on Game of Thrones and for all the other shows and films handled by Extras NI, you must register online, and you can do it now for FREE.  If Extras NI don’t get you any work, you don’t pay them a single penny.  Extras work on Game of Thrones and all the productions Extras NI handle is fully paid.
