The Linen Mill Film and TV Studios

Set on a 32 acre site and 30 minutes' drive from Belfast, The Linen Mill Studios enjoys a perfect setting in the Bann valley, Co. Down, where until only a few years ago the world's finest Irish linen was manufactured in centuries-old tradition and exported to every corner of the world.

  • two 3-acre backlots
  • a preview theatre
  • office suites (up to 16,000 sq. ft.)
  • toilets, large canteens, a “green room”,
  • at least one design studio, props and equipment stores
  • make-up and wardrobe space
  • engineering workshops
  • 5 acres of hard stand yards
  • parking for 250 cars
  • pastures and stables and half a mile of river frontage
  • on-site electrical substations (2) which provide 1250 kva, 110v, 240v and 3 phase power
  • the whole facility is fully DDA compliant
  • the site is served by high speed fibre optic broadband.
