Fiona Kinsella
Fiona brings 10 years experience of working in the Irish and European film sector, and most recently she was a Project Advisor at the Irish national film training body FAS Screen Training Ireland.
Jonathan Olsberg, Moonstone International Chairman, commenting on the new appointment said:
“We are sad to be saying goodbye to Tara Halloran, who has been with us for 4 years and has played an important part in Moonstone’s development. However, we are all delighted to welcome Fiona to the team. An important focus for her, as our new Managing Director, will be to continue the further development of the organisation in the newly expanded Europe.”
Moonstone International contributes to the development of European feature film writers and directors through the provision of advanced project-based Screen Labs run in collaboration with the Sundance Institute. Participants are guided through this process by a team of award-winning, international filmmakers, who act as Advisors.
Moonstone’s work is funded with the support of the MEDIA Programme of the European Union, FAS Screen Training Ireland, Scottish Screen and SGRIN the Media Agency for Wales.
Moonstone Screenwriters’ Lab sponsors include: Final Draft, in Slovenia the Slovenian Film Fund, in Northern Ireland the Northern Ireland Film & Television Commission and in France APCVL.
